The club was established to provide players an affordable opportunity to develop the ability to succeed in their High School Program. Everybody will get significant playing time in tournaments and will get the opportunity to learn and play multiple positions.

Some players can become 'good at bad habits.' And no matter how good they become, they are never has good as they might have been. Our goal is to provide instruction on the right techniques with the right feedback so our players receive 'quality touches' in practice, and constantly expand themselves and improve.

There is no substitute for playing Volleyball to learn to read, recognize, anticipate and respond to the random bounces and flow of the game. Court time is precious, particularly during basketball season. Our focus will be on getting lots of touches in game-like drills, controlled scrimmages, and tournaments.

Keeping score is the essence of competitive sports. It requires mental toughness to make all of the routine plays under pressure. Players will get lots of opportunities to play in competition with game like pressure in practices. We will try to field small tournament rosters and give every player a chance to compete at the appropriate level - and extend themselves a little.
