We had a lot of interest, but encountered a lot of schedule conflicts with the players interested in U12 and U14 teams.  These included a variety of outside activities such as participation on School teams for Basketball and other sports. 

 We think that playing for the school teams should be a priority.  And we need a level of commitment and stability to field a Club VB team.  We did not believe that we had enough players with enough commitment to Volleyball to field good U12 & U14 program without twisting arms to place VB ahead of school teams.  So we have decided not to field U12 or U14 teams this year.
